Before joining Eben Design in 2007, Karen spent over ten years at Iridio/RR Donnelley, a local/global premedia/print company. Throughout her tenure there, Karen's roles included web designer, print designer, creative director and user interface designer. She was drawn to the design world as a way to combine her creative, art-school-BFA side with her logical, good-with-numbers side. Karen is excited about doing great design that contributes to the greater good.
"When not designing, you can usually find me engaged in a good story, whether sharing tales with my husband and friends, reading a book, watching a movie, or indulging a daydream. I also love the rich cultural offerings of Seattle- the vibrant contemporary art scene, the multitude of film venues, the abundance of amazing food. There is always something to do here." My Role: I direct the design and implementation of print and interactive brand marketing communications. My Goal: To deliver exceptional and creative design solutions to successfully market our client's brand. |
