Fluent in problem-solving and developing creative solutions, Judy is an energetic, passionate individual who enjoys tackling any design challenge. With degrees in criminal justice and graphic design, she brings a unique set of tools to the execution of creative projects. She is accustomed to designing high profile pieces, and her work has been published in several local and national magazines, including Seattle Magazine, Seattle Business Monthly, Seattle Metropolitan Magazine, Puget Sound Business Journal, and the New York Times. She has also created many large-scale environmental graphics displayed throughout the city of Seattle. Having worked in both agency and in-house environments, she enjoys all steps of the creative process and constantly strives to create fresh, innovative solutions.

"Yes, my name is Judy Garland, but I'm not that Judy Garland. I'm the one who plays guitar in my living-room rock band Teen Cat, and who pitches for my rec-league softball team. I don't follow a yellow brick road. I follow my own path, and I've had the opportunity to create some pretty tasty design along the way. I'm here to create tomorrow's design, and have fun doing it."
