Jeroen has nine years experience in editing and designing websites, leading projects for a not-for-profit organization, and leading a team of IT professionals. At the RIPE NCC, a non profit service provider for pan-European Internet and Telecom companies, Jeroen led cross-functional project teams in designing, editing content, programming, and usability optimization. He has supervised and mentored content editors and software programmers leading to improved website usability and readability. At Vuurwerk Internet, he was responsible for a team of 10 IT professionals dealing with customer requests. In this role, he was able to streamline the workflow and delegation of specific requests which resulted in an improved customer service and working environment.
