In the past, everyone had a title at Eben Design. As our company has evolved, we have found that titles themselves do not create accountability for results; people do. True satisfaction rarely comes from a sense of entitlement. In fact, a title can be a barrier that restricts communication and creativity. Our team works collaboratively, and each of us has his or her own role and goals.

Without titles, we are that much more connected to each other, our clients and the solutions that we create. Without labels, we are more fully ourselves and can provide what our clients want most: a supportive relationship.
