Servicemark has been taking care of buildings in Seattle's central business district since 1953. Despite having more than half century's worth of experience, the tenant services firm lacked a strategic and distinctive brand personality to drive continued growth in the Seattle market.
To differentiate the firm from sister company Unimark, we worked with Servicemark to hammer out a clear strategy with unique messaging, identity and positioning. The tagline, "Taking care of your space," emphasizes Servicemark's commitment to carefully handling the full range of maintenance and improvement tasks for tenants and owners.
Using their brand values and newly developed identity, we developed a Flash-enhanced website with a strong dark teal and golden beige color scheme. The website combines Servicemark's hardworking values with a stylish, sophisticated feel.
